Excellent Stay and Convenient Location

I frequently visit the spa and onsen inside. During my honeymoon, my partner and I stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. I'm a customer for life now! The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The pool and fitness center are gorgeous. The hotel grounds are perfect. I found the location unbeatable, and the hotel provides a shuttle to Thonglor BTS, consistently reliable.
I found one of the cups in our suite had mould, which caused health problems. During the earthquake, I did not get clear information about what guests should do or not do. I thought the F&B staff were rude.

the location was good, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
My room felt quite small. Interior design seemed poorly considered. the pleather couch was cheap and not comfortable. i noticed a thin ceramic ledge above the bed that seemed dangerously placed for hitting my head.

wonderful stay in a serene setting

The room was spacious and clean (signature room was really nice). the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, with fresh fruits and hot dishes. i found the staff friendly. They were always ready to help with a smile. the fitness floor, complete with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, game room, and rooftop pool, was a great feature.
The hotel doesn't serve alcohol. This wasn't disclosed prior to arrival and was a little disappointing.

the hotel is walking distance from a small shopping center and a pharmacy. i safety was good in the neighborhood. it was quiet.

the breakfast included a convenient spread with diverse options. nearby, i discovered many restaurants, including some with michelin stars (a real treat for food lovers!). donki mall, within walking distance, also provided good shopping opportunities.

the hotel was very clean, and the location was strategic, i really liked it. breakfast had many delicious options, something for everyone. the staff were amazing and polite and they were always ready to assist! the hotel shuttle bus is great for the short ride to the local metro.
the gym was a little limited on equipment. it would be a shame if there were too many people there.

the hotel provides a nice pool area with calm, picturesque views that welcome families, alongside a little gym! there is also a jacuzzi and spa, so guests can relax after a workout or a long day exploring.

the staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything! they arranged tickets to watch muay thai boxing at the national arena at short notice, demonstrating their dedication to guest satisfaction, so thoughtful.
